Belle Yuan is a seasoned Human Resources professional with over 16 years of diverse corporate HR experience. Having formerly held senior HR management roles in Top Fortune 100 companies in telecommunications and banking sectors, she has acquired a wealth of knowledge in the ever evolving world of Human Resources. With a solid corporate experience and strong entrepreneurial spirit, the lure of being her own boss has led her to establish Strategywise HR – a boutique HR consulting company based in York Region. Her passion lies in helping employers limit legal liabilities through strategic thinking and the development of proactive HR solutions that drive operational success.
Belle holds an Honours Bachelor degree in Labour-Management Relations from the University of Toronto, a post-graduate diploma in Human Resources Management and is a Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) with the Human Resources Professional Association (HRPA). In her spare time, she loves to travel, volunteer her time for worthy causes and spending time with her 2 daughters and husband.
