Juliet Kaye is passionate about helping others succeed. She has supported entrepreneurs develop their ideas from concept through reality to success. Over 11 years with Seneca College’s Centre for Entrepreneurship, she has helped over 400 entrepreneurs develop bold visions and put together strategic and tactical business development plans necessary to achieve their visions and missions. And as a Cheerleader and a sounding board, she has assisted them in executing their business plans to achieve their goals.
Tapping into who she is and what she really loves – helping, sharing, and giving advice – Ms. Kaye found her calling as a Business Advisor and Coach. And to impact more people in a meaningful way, she loves working with social enterprises in planning and developing programs or services to support underserved communities or solve socio-economic challenges.
In her spare time, she has worked with youth in their pursuit of career success. After several twists and turns in making her own career choices, Ms. Kaye made it her mission to find an effective process to determine the best career fit. Ms. Kaye now loves giving a helping hand to youth who find the process of career decision-making intimidating. As a Coach, she knows how to ask the questions and you find the answers within yourself!
Ms. Kaye has also spent time globe-trotting; working with various organizations focused on international development. These include the United Nations Development Programme, the World Food Programme and the Food and Agriculture Organization – working to help farmers improve their livelihoods, or helping communities in times of disasters.
